Merchant Card Processing Services - Parks and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Services

The City of Kingman, Arizona is seeking a qualified firm to provide merchant card processing services for its Utility Billing Selectron IVR phone payment system and Park & Recreation's Civic Plus POS system. The selected firm will be required to provide a customer-paid convenience fee option and integrate seamlessly with one or both systems. The contract term will be one year with four optional annual renewals. The City is looking for a firm with at least five years of experience in providing merchant credit and debit card services and the ability to process transaction volumes, amounts, and information accurately and on time without interruption. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing merchant card processing services for the Utility Billing Selectron IVR phone payment system and Park & Recreation's Civic Plus POS system • Assessing and collecting customer-paid convenience fees • Providing a web portal for transaction research, refund management, and chargeback response • Offering customer and client support during City of Kingman business hours • Being Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant • Having technical expertise, technical capability, and functional capacity to process the city's transaction volume, amounts, and information accurately and on time without interruption
