Description
The State of North Carolina, in partnership with NASPO ValuePoint, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry input on fleet card services. The RFI was originally released by the State of Oregon and is being shared with North Carolina vendors as a courtesy. Responses are due by November 4, 2026, and will be used solely for market research and to shape future competitive solicitations; no contract will be awarded from this RFI. Vendors interested in providing fleet card solutions should submit their information via Oregon’s procurement portal or the designated email contact.
• Purpose: Collect feedback on fleet card program requirements and capabilities.
• Audience: Current and prospective fleet card service providers.
• Submission deadline: 5:00 PM PDT (8:00 PM EST) on 4 Nov 2026.
• No evaluation for award – information will inform future RFPs.
