Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The RFP does not disclose a budget. Based on typical municipal demolition projects of a small‑to‑medium powerhouse (approximately 5,000–10,000 sq ft) in Connecticut, labor, equipment mobilization, waste disposal, and permitting costs usually range from $150,000 to $300,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the presence of hazardous materials, access constraints, and any required environmental remediation.
