Centers for Independent Living

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) will award a single cooperative agreement to establish a new Center for Independent Living (CIL) in Oklahoma. The center must provide core services such as information and referral, independent living skills training, peer counseling, advocacy, and transition assistance for individuals moving from institutional settings to community living. Eligible applicants are consumer‑controlled, community‑based, cross‑disability nonprofit organizations that are not currently receiving Part C funds.
