Water Treatment Program - Thomas B. Finan Center

The Thomas B. Finan Center is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive water‑treatment program for its heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment (storage containers, meters, pumps), chemical products, ongoing service, freight, and perform monthly inspections, testing, and reporting, including Legionella testing during cooling season. The contract is annual with a 30‑day cancellation clause, and the award will be based on submitted quotes. • Provide initial site evaluation and set‑up of water‑treatment system. • Deliver and install storage containers, meters, pumps, and treatment chemicals. • Conduct monthly on‑site visits for inspection, sampling, chemical analysis, and adjustment of treatment levels. • Perform Legionella testing (two samples per cooling season) and supply certified lab results. • Submit detailed written reports after each visit with findings and recommendations. • Offer technical support for equipment installation and rapid corrective actions if water parameters exceed limits.
