Description
The VA Saint Louis Health Care System seeks a firm‑fixed‑price award to supply four (4) Midmark 626‑series barrier‑free examination chairs (including premium upholstery, digital scale, pelvic tilt, wired controls, patient support rails, and related accessories) for the Scott Air Force Base CBOC. The vendor must provide delivery to Scott AFB, coordinate “white‑glove” delivery instructions, install the new chairs, and remove the existing exam tables. All equipment must meet detailed mechanical specifications (650 lb capacity, adjustable height 15‑37 in, tilt 0‑80°, 115 V/12 A power, infection‑prevention upholstery, etc.) and be covered by a minimum one‑year manufacturer warranty with on‑site field service support. Installation, removal, and post‑delivery support (response within 8 hours, parts shipped within 48 hours) are required. The contract is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Women‑Owned Small Business (WOSB) eligible vendors.
