Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified, service‑disabled veteran‑owned small business to perform comprehensive storm‑water drainage remediation at the Salem VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified supervision to execute site preparation, utility trenching, drainage system replacement, roadway/sidewalk repairs, and associated civil‑construction tasks in accordance with detailed drawings and specifications. The work must be completed within 450 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and will be performed under a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % SDVOSB set‑aside contract valued between $10 million and $20 million.
• Scope includes demolition, earthwork, utility installation, concrete and asphalt paving, and storm‑sewer infrastructure upgrades.
• Must adhere to VA wage determination VA20260172, provide performance and payment bonds, and meet insurance and safety requirements.
• All bids must be submitted by 5 PM EST on 10 Nov 2026; questions are due by 8 Sep 2026.
