BL Athletics Pyrotechnics and Special Effects Services

Indiana University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pyrotechnics and special‑effects services for its athletic events across multiple campus venues. The contractor will be responsible for the full life‑cycle of each effect—including planning, permitting, staffing, equipment procurement, installation, operation, teardown, and coordination with university safety and police officials—covering both indoor and outdoor sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, and soccer.
