Pressure Washing and Bus Shelter Cleaning Services

The City of Inglewood is seeking a qualified contractor to provide routine pressure‑washing and cleaning of all municipal bus shelters, adjacent sidewalks, trash receptacles, and nearby street furniture. Work will be performed on a city‑wide schedule that includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleanings, primarily during low‑traffic night hours (11 p.m.–5 a.m.). The contractor must supply self‑contained high‑pressure equipment (2000‑5000 psi, ≥180 °F), handle all waste water in compliance with environmental regulations, and respond to service calls within one hour during business hours.
