Medical Education and Training Center

The City of Las Vegas is seeking qualified architectural firms or individual architects to provide full‑service design for a new Medical Education and Training Center. The scope includes programming, conceptual design, schematic design, construction documents, cost estimating, specifications, permitting submittals, bidding support, construction administration, and all required federal reporting. The effort is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration and will be delivered in two phases: Phase 1 (Programming & Conceptual) and Phase 2 (Schematic through Construction Documents).
