Risk Management Claims Services

The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services is seeking proposals for Risk Management Claims Services. The services required include Independent Claims Adjusting, Origin and Cause Investigation, Forensic Engineering, and Forensic Accounting. The initial term of the Master Services Agreement is anticipated to be 2 years with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of 10 years. Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of experience in providing claims services comparable to those required under this RFP. • The RFP includes multiple attachments, including a sample contract, disclosure exemption affidavit, and proposer information and certification sheet. • Proposers must submit their proposals electronically through OregonBuys. • The evaluation process will include a review of the proposer's experience, management plan, and price proposal. • The contract will be awarded to the highest ranking responsible proposer based on the scoring methodology and process described in the RFP.
