Nurse and Trainer Equipment

This solicitation is an Invitation to Bid for the purchase and delivery of a comprehensive set of nurse‑tech, athletic‑trainer, nurse‑office, and physical‑therapy‑medical‑assist (PTMA) equipment for New Castle County Vo‑Tech School District in Delaware. The State will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Items are to be furnished FOB destination with all shipping costs embedded in unit prices; no installation is required. The contract has a one‑year base period with up to three one‑year extensions. • Supplies include hospital beds, long‑term‑care beds, over‑bed tables, mock headwalls, patient lifts, slings, commodes, linen carts, scales, treatment tables, modular cabinets, taping stations, stools, exam tables, recovery couches, and a range of PTMA therapy equipment (e.g., Hi‑Lo table, parallel bars, stretch cage, hydrocollator). • Quantities are modest (typically 1–12 units per line item) and manufacturers are specified with “or Approved Equal” flexibility. • Bids must be submitted by March 18 2026, 3 PM EST; questions were due by March 9 2026.
