Description
The County of Maui's Department of Liquor Control is seeking a comprehensive review and assessment of its workflows, framework, and functions to identify areas for improvement and develop a strategic plan for transitioning to a cloud platform. The selected vendor will perform an in-depth analysis of the department's current workflows, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for streamlining, and provide recommendations for improving efficiency, consistency, transparency, and operational effectiveness. The vendor will also develop a four-year strategic plan for the department, including a plan for transitioning to a cloud platform. The contract will be for two years, with the option to renew for three subsequent one-year terms.
