The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified vendor to lease and operate a café space in the Skyline Center building. The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of café management—including staffing, inventory, POS operations, marketing, and compliance—while the City provides the physical fixtures and space. The contract is a one‑year lease with two optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must submit a proposed monthly lease fee along with an operational and financial plan. • Operate a grab‑and‑go café (coffee, specialty beverages, pre‑packaged foods) with no commercial kitchen facilities. • Provide all staffing, supplies, equipment (except City‑owned fixtures), POS system, and marketing. • Maintain required health licenses, insurance coverage, and adhere to all local health and safety regulations. • Submit a comprehensive proposal (operational plan, menu, budget, lease fee) by 3 PM on September 22 2026.
