The SEDA Foundation, Inc. seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive snow plowing, ice removal, de‑icing, and related traffic‑control services for the SEDA‑COG main‑office parking lots during the 2026‑2027 winter season. The contractor must respond to snowfall events exceeding 2 inches, clear snow by 7:00 AM on the day of the event, manage ice hazards, place signage and barricades, and maintain clear snow piles in designated zones. All work must comply with local ordinances, include inspection of pavement and landscaping before and after the season, and the contractor is liable for any damage caused by equipment. A one‑year contract (Nov 6 2026 – May 1 2027) with an optional one‑year extension is offered.
