EBI R600 TO EBI 2025 PLATFORM UPGRADE

Romulus Community Schools is seeking a qualified firm to perform a manufacturer‑supported upgrade of its existing Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) R600 software platform to the latest EBI 2025 release. The work includes licensing, migration, configuration, testing, commissioning, training, and close‑out services while preserving all existing databases, graphics, schedules, alarms, and integrations. The district will provide hardware, network access, and IT support; the contractor must supply all Honeywell software, tools, and qualified personnel and must be an authorized Honeywell entity. The project must be completed with minimal disruption to school facilities and must result in a fully supported, licensed system. • Review existing EBI architecture, verify upgrade path, and produce readiness checklist • Perform full backups and develop rollback procedures • Supply all EBI 2025 software, licenses, and Honeywell factory services • Migrate databases, graphics, schedules, alarms, reports, and user accounts • Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and acceptance with district staff • Provide operator training and deliver final documentation, warranty, and support information • Work within district‑provided hardware and IT environment, coordinating outage windows
