Production for Capital Campaign KIckoff Event

The University of South Carolina is seeking proposals for technical and creative production services for a Capital Campaign Kickoff Event. The selected vendor will provide audio-visual, creative, and technical production services, including graphic media design and scenic fabrication. The contract will be for a period of 15 months. The proposal should include pricing, qualifications, and experience. • The proposal should include all categories outlined: Creative Conceptualization, Technical Equipment and Crew, Graphics/Media, and Scenic Fabrication. • The vendor should have experience in providing similar services for large events. • The vendor should be able to provide a detailed plan for the production, including timelines and budgets. • The vendor should be able to provide references from previous clients.
