Hurricane Preparedness Expo for residents, business owners, and community partners on Saturday, June 7, 2025: Phase 2

The City of Fort Myers is hosting a Hurricane Preparedness Expo for residents, business owners, and community partners on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Vendors are invited to participate and educate the public on their services. Each vendor will have a 6-foot table with 2 chairs and can bring literature, promotional items, and snack items. The event will take place at the Collaboratory, and vendors can set up from 10:00 am - 11:00 am and tear down from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Some key points to consider: • There is no cost to vendors for participating. • Vendors can have literature, promotional give-away items, and snack items at their table. • Each participant will have a 6-foot table with 2 chairs. • The Collaboratory has limited electrical service, and vendors should note special requirements on their reservation form. • The event is a great opportunity for vendors to educate the public on their services and how they operate during a response.
