25EHSPMDMEO2SUPP: RFR for Durable Med Equip and Supp., Oxygen and Respiratory Therapy Equip and Supp

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a Preferred Supplier and/or Exclusive Supplier for the provision of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Supplies, and Oxygen and Respiratory Therapy Equipment and Supplies. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing these products to MassHealth-enrolled DME and/or OXY Providers at a reduced cost. The contract is expected to start on August 31, 2026, and will last for 12 months. The supplier will be required to demonstrate their ability to establish a distribution infrastructure within Massachusetts, provide customer service support, and report on their performance. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing DME and Supplies, and Oxygen and Respiratory Therapy Equipment and Supplies to MassHealth-enrolled DME and/or OXY Providers • Establishing a distribution infrastructure within Massachusetts • Providing customer service support • Reporting on performance • Coordinating with EOHHS to obtain a current list of enrolled MassHealth DME and/or OXY Providers • Maintaining an updated list of eligible enrolled DME and/or OXY Providers
