RBT SUPPORT SERVICES

The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) support services to students with special education needs. The contract is a term agreement that can be extended up to two additional one‑year periods, with service requests issued throughout the fiscal year through June 30 2027. Vendors must supply RBTs who hold current North Carolina practice licenses, are certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and can deliver direct and indirect therapy, data collection, and behavior‑intervention‑plan implementation in school settings. Proposals are due electronically by 2:00 PM ET on September 9 2026; questions must be submitted by August 28 2026. The award will be made to the vendor offering the best overall value, not necessarily the lowest price. Key responsibilities include: • Providing qualified RBTs for in‑person support at any WCPSS school or event. • Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. • Collecting and securely maintaining student data and records. • Coordinating with teachers, staff, and BCBAs to adjust interventions. • Meeting licensing, background‑check, and insurance requirements. • Submitting monthly invoices for actual hours worked.
