KHP SPONSORSHIP - Accessibility Sponsorship

The Kentucky Horse Park is seeking a sponsor for its accessibility program, which aims to provide assistance items for individuals with limited mobility. The sponsorship can be provided as cash or in-kind products, with a desired cash only amount of $5,000 per year and a desired in-kind product amount of $2,500 per year. The sponsor will receive various benefits, including sponsor identification, facility signage opportunities, and recognition on the Kentucky Horse Park's website and social media channels. The sponsorship term is one year, with two additional one-year periods available for renewal. • The Kentucky Horse Park is a 1,200-acre venue that hosts over 200 events per year and attracts over 1.7 million visitors. • The accessibility program includes transport/mobility/accessibility throughout the venue, as well as items like wheelchairs, strollers, and ramps. • The sponsor will be required to provide a detailed list of items to be provided, as well as a financial proposal outlining the payment plan and escalation factors. • The Kentucky Horse Park reserves the right to reject any proposals that are deemed not to be in the best interest of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
