Johnson City Transit is seeking a turnkey vendor to replace the existing on‑board video‑surveillance system on its fleet of 37 fixed‑route buses and Voyager minivans. The contractor must supply, install, test, and train on a complete hardware and software solution that captures both video and audio, integrates GPS and Wi‑Fi, and provides at least 30 days of storage (2 TB SSD per bus) with a preference for cloud‑based video management. The scope includes removal of legacy equipment, installation of up to eight IP cameras per vehicle (including three audio‑enabled cameras), a rugged 8‑channel DVR, wiring, enclosures, and spare kits, plus documentation and training for JCT staff. The project must be completed within 90 days of award.
