Graphic and Creative Design Services

The City of Rocky Mount is seeking a vendor to provide graphic and creative design services. The selected vendor will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering graphic design materials, including brochures, fact sheets, invitations, billboards, magazines, email templates, infographics, advertisements, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, social media graphics, website graphics, and other graphic and visual communication projects. The vendor will also provide up to 65 hours of graphic design services per month and be available to complete projects with limited notice. The contract will have an initial term of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The vendor must have experience with public and private sector clients with similar or greater size and complexity to the City of Rocky Mount. • The vendor must provide a portfolio of samples, including flier, magazine, brochure, large print item, social media and web graphic. • The vendor must demonstrate availability, including the ability to provide materials with fast turn-around times and meet deadlines. • The vendor must provide references for similar services. • The vendor must comply with all requirements and specifications outlined in the RFP.
