PROFFESIONAL ENGINEERIGN DESIGN SERVICES (PS&E) FOR FY26/27 RMRA STREETS REHABILITATION PROJ

The City of Alhambra is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide complete design services (PS&E) for the FY26‑27 RMRA Street Rehabilitation Project, which involves fifteen local street segments. The consultant will be responsible for utility coordination, topographic and core‑sampling surveys, pavement analysis, cost estimating, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction‑phase support. Deliverables include phased design packages (≈60%, 90%, 100% completion), cost estimates at each milestone, and final record‑drawing sets. The design phase must be finished within 90 working days after award. • Design of pavement rehabilitation, curb‑gutter, sidewalk, and ADA‑compliant improvements for 15 street segments • Utility notification, field investigation, and topographic/soil core surveys • Development of construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates (60/90/100% milestones) • Preparation of bidding, striping, and construction‑phase support documents • Required deliverables: electronic AutoCAD files, PDFs, printed plan sets, and a thumb‑drive archive • Proposal submission: 5 hard copies + 1 PDF on thumb‑drive, due 4:30 PM Nov 5 2026; questions due Oct 19 2026.
