UV Printer Cutter

The US Air Force is seeking a UV printer cutter for Kinsley Field, ANGB. The required machine should have a UV-LED curing lamp, dual printheads, and be capable of printing in high-density mode. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the machine, as well as providing training to the government personnel. Some key features of the required machine include: • Printhead with UV-LED curing lamp for solvent/UV ink • Dual printheads or equivalent high-density multi-channel array • Curable gloss/clear varnish protection capable • Curable primer and high-opacity white ink capable • High-density print mode for clear, black, and white media • Minimum 6 to 8 color configuration capable • Minimum 1200 dpi resolution • Minimum 150 sqft/hr print speed at production quality • Integrated controller • High-speed print mode • Automatic sleep or power-saving feature • Ethernet connection • Roll-to-roll media control with automatic take-up • Quick-load or spindle-less media loading mechanism • Automated vacuum hold feature • Automated feed calibration • Automated head gap adjustment function • Perforated sheet cutting and contour cutting function • Accommodates media rolls up to a minimum of 25 kg (55 lbs) The contractor will also be required to provide a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty and minimum two-year no-cost technical support.
