The City of Riverton is seeking a real estate firm to provide professional real estate services, including marketing, evaluation, acquisition, exchange, and disposition of real property. The selected firm will be required to enter into a consultant services contract for a duration of four years. The city is looking for a firm with experience in working with public agencies, particularly municipalities, counties, or the State of Wyoming. The firm should have a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and the city. • The firm should have experience in marketing, evaluation, acquisition, exchange, and disposition of real property involving both private parties and public agencies within Fremont County. • The firm should have a project team with staff experience in items listed in the RFQ and familiarity with the area. • The firm should have a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and the city. • The firm should provide evidence of general liability and professional liability insurance. • The firm should provide references from at least three customers, clients, or owners for whom the firm has delivered similar services.
