Phase 2.2 - Wyoming & Montana Avenues, Improvements

The Town of Upton is seeking qualified contractors to execute Phase 2.2 of the Wyoming & Montana Avenues improvements. The scope includes installation of new water mains (approximately 3,500 linear feet of 4‑8 inch pipe), reconnection of 40 existing water services plus two new services, installation of three fire hydrants, construction of an 8‑inch sewer main (≈2,674 lf) with 12 manholes, and placement of about 2,520 square yards of 4½‑inch asphalt concrete pavement with aggregate surfacing, plus assorted incidental work. The project requires pre‑qualification, a 5 % bid guarantee, and successful bidders must provide payment and performance bonds equal to 100 % of the awarded price.
