155th Yellow Ribbon Event - Sioux Falls, SD

The South Dakota National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide services for the 155th Yellow Ribbon Event, which will be held on August 8-9, 2026, in Sioux Falls, SD. The contractor will be responsible for providing meeting spaces, vendor spaces, youth spaces, audio/visual equipment, and meals for approximately 275 adults and 65 youth. The contractor will also be required to provide a site visit and ensure that all spaces are set up and available by 8 a.m. on August 8, 2026. Some key requirements for the contractor include: * Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control * Ensuring a conducive learning environment for the Yellow Ribbon presentations and training * Providing quality accommodation and support services for government personnel and their families * Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards * Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks * Ensuring that all contractor employees understand and comply with the contract requirements. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to submit a proposal that includes all the necessary information, including pricing, to perform the required services.
