Municipal Advisor for Multiple Projects Program

The LCTCS Facilities Corporation is seeking a qualified Independent Municipal Advisory Firm to provide municipal advisory services for a period of five years. The selected firm will assist in the issuance of bonds, provide independent financial advice, and help manage the bond financing process. The firm will work with the Corporation's board of directors, counsel, and financing team to identify and select suitable financing programs, evaluate various financing structures, and propose financing methods. The firm will also assist in the preparation of the Official Statement, interact with rating agencies, and provide municipal advisory services as requested.
