The City of Detroit is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering, construction management, planning, and program management services. The selected firms will be placed on a list of pre-approved suppliers and will compete for City work through the normal solicitation process. The services required include electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, geological, and environmental engineering, as well as planning services. The minimum qualifications for engineering services include five years of experience, authorization to conduct business in the State of Michigan, and a current Michigan Professional Engineer License. The minimum qualifications for planning and development services vary depending on the specific service. • The services required include electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, geological, and environmental engineering. • The services also include planning services such as public engagement support, market and feasibility analysis, historic preservation, urban design visualizations, implementation and project development, and land use and zoning. • The selection criteria include experience, past performance, and quality control. • The proposal must include a cover page, respondent questionnaire, respondent introduction and overview, pricing, forms, affidavits, and documentation. • The proposal must also include financial statements for the previous three-year period.
