CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: General Project and Program Management Consulting (Small Businesses Only)

The City of Seattle is seeking to establish a consultant roster for general project and program management services. The roster will be used by City departments to contract with consultants for projects and assignments without a formal, advertised competitive process. Consultants must meet minimum qualifications, including having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel and/or principals with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education. The City is looking for consultants with experience in management services, including management/organizational studies, strategic business planning, process redesign or analysis, evaluation, monitoring, assessments, recommendations, development, planning, review, facilitation, reports, or expert witness.
