Medical and life insurance services

The U.S. Embassy in Cairo is seeking a contractor to provide medical and life insurance services to its locally employed staff and their dependents. The contractor will be required to provide health insurance coverage that meets the minimum benefit levels specified in the solicitation. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be paid a fixed price for the coverage, and the government will not reimburse the contractor for value-added tax. The contractor will be required to submit a proposal that includes a management plan, proof of licensure/certification/accrreditation, and relevant experience and past performance.
