Description
The City of Wilmington seeks a qualified behavioral health provider to deliver a comprehensive wellness program for its fire and police personnel and their families. The contract covers annual mental‑health wellness visits, individual and family counseling, critical‑incident stress debriefings, educational training, tele‑health options, and 24/7 crisis support, with required reporting and evaluation. The provider must be licensed in North Carolina, have at least five years of experience with first‑responder agencies, and carry extensive insurance coverage. The initial term is three years with two optional one‑year extensions.
