CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking eligible consultants to establish a roster of qualified consultants for public safety and emergency preparedness related services. The roster will be used by City departments to contract with consultants for specialized services without a formal, advertised competitive process. Consultants must meet minimum qualifications, including having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education. The City is looking for consultants with experience in emergency preparedness planning, physical security analysis, and police support services. • Emergency Preparedness Planning and Support Services: services in preparation for, mitigation of, response to, or recovery from a natural disaster, an accident, or a malicious act. • Physical Security Analysis or Assessment: analysis or assessment of vulnerabilities involving security, safety, or access control. • Police Support Services: professional services to perform public safety research, police staffing analysis, hearing examiner reviews, forensic services, and more.
