The U.S. Coast Guard Special Missions Training Center is seeking market research to identify qualified sources capable of designing, engineering, fabricating, installing, testing, and commissioning a full‑scale live‑fire maritime/urban training facility at Camp Lejeune, NC. The effort includes a multi‑level “shoot‑house” with ballistic containment rated for 6.8 mm XM1188E1 ammunition, modular urban and maritime training zones, vertical‑access and rappel capabilities, and full lifecycle support (training, O&M manuals, spare parts, and sustainment). The contractor must deliver a complete, weather‑ and corrosion‑resistant system within a 300‑day performance window, providing all design documentation, certification, and operator training.
