The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Stryker IsoFlex Low Air Loss mattresses and Air Plus pumps for the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. The contractor shall deliver the equipment, ensure it is fully functional, and provide basic orientation for staff. The objective is to obtain a therapeutic mattress and pump system that provides low-air-loss therapy, pressure redistribution, and reliable integration with the existing Stryker bed platform. The system must meet specific requirements, including compatibility with existing infrastructure, quiet pump operation, and intuitive controls. Key points to consider: • The contract requires the delivery of 7 mattresses and 2 pumps • The equipment must be fully compatible with existing Stryker frames, brackets, and tubing • The system must provide low-air-loss therapy with automatic pressure adjustment • The pump user interface must be operationally similar to current devices • The system must allow for rapid mattress/pump swap-out using the current connection style • The mattress dimensions must fit the current bed fleet footprint without requiring frame modification • The system must integrate with existing Biomed maintenance protocols • The vendor must provide onsite delivery support and clinical staff education at no additional cost
