ON-CALL ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Englewood is establishing an on‑call pool of qualified architectural and design firms to service its municipal facilities on a project‑by‑project basis. The contract will begin with a one‑year base period and may be extended up to four additional one‑year terms. Firms will be expected to provide a full range of services—including assessments, space planning, conceptual and construction‑document design, code compliance, cost estimating, and construction administration—for capital improvements, tenant upgrades, accessibility retrofits, and unforeseen facility needs. Selections will be made via a best‑value evaluation of qualifications, experience, team composition, and price proposals, with possible interviews for short‑listed firms.
