The University System of New Hampshire is seeking a comprehensive student engagement platform to serve both the University of New Hampshire and Plymouth State University. The platform should centralize student engagement activities, streamline administrative processes, and provide robust tools for student organization management. Key features include student organization management, administrative management, event management, forms and workflow management, communication and engagement, volunteer and service tracking, and platform accessibility and usability. The selected firm will be expected to provide a detailed plan, pricing structure, and information on their experience and qualifications. • The platform will be used by approximately 12,000 active users. • The system must be cloud-hosted, vendor-managed, and scalable. • The platform must meet accessibility standards and be compatible with modern web browsers. • The selected firm will be required to provide training and ongoing support. • The contract will be for three years with the option for two one-year extensions.
