Request for Proposals: Operation of Contract Transport Service

The City of Lake Geneva is seeking proposals from qualified transportation providers to operate a seasonal trolley or transportation service for the 2027 and 2028 summer tourism seasons. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete, turnkey transportation service that is efficient and safe. The service will operate from May 1 to September 26, 2027, and May 5 to October 1, 2028, with varying schedules during peak and shoulder seasons. The contractor must provide ADA-compliant vehicles, professional drivers, and coordination with the City and Business Improvement District. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals that are incomplete, contain material omissions, or include alterations to RFP requirements.
