Description
The City and County of Denver is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to fully renovate the historic Boettcher Concert Hall located in the Denver Performing Arts Complex. The scope includes comprehensive interior upgrades—HVAC, fire protection, life‑safety systems, data and audiovisual infrastructure, seating, acoustics, and finishes—as well as exterior envelope repairs, roofing, façade work, and a potential west‑side pavilion addition. The project is part of the $950 million Vibrant Denver Bond Program, aimed at modernizing key cultural facilities without raising new taxes.
