The Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) to provide pre‑construction and construction‑management services for the renovation of two school auditoriums – City Middle High Auditorium and Burton Elementary/Middle Auditorium. The scope includes detailed design coordination, cost estimating, schedule control, safety oversight, historic preservation, environmental remediation, and close collaboration with the district‑retained professional services contractor (PSC). Total program budgets are approximately $3.94 M for City Middle High and $0.48 M for Burton, with construction budgets of $2.72 M and $0.32 M respectively.
