The University of Montana is seeking a contractor to provide ticketing services for athletic events and serve as the preferred provider for shows and concerts held at facilities associated with the University. The provider will be responsible for a complex ticketing operation that must fully integrate with donor management and current University financial systems. Key responsibilities include providing software and services for ticketing, cultivating entertainment opportunities, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract term is expected to be from the bid award date to June 30, 2030. • The contractor will be required to provide ticketing services for athletic events and shows/concerts at University facilities. • The contractor will be expected to cultivate entertainment opportunities at the University. • The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Montana Human Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The contractor will be required to provide transition assistance if the contract is not renewed or is terminated. • The contractor must ensure that all products and services provided conform to the specifications and requirements outlined in the contract.
