10 Bldg (422 Camera) CCTV System upgrade

The US Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors for the upgrade of a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system in 10 dormitory buildings at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, material, parts, and labor necessary to remove and replace the existing CCTV system, including digital video recorders, cameras, uninterrupted power supply, and monitors. The new system must meet specific requirements, such as a 79.8-degree field of view, 1080p resolution, and the ability to withstand extreme cold temperatures. The contractor will also be required to provide a 1-year standard warranty for all equipment and installation labor. • The contractor must use existing Cat 6 cables. • The contractor must provide initial training to Dorm Management personnel upon initial installation of equipment. • The contractor must maintain and clean their work area each day during installation and after the installation is complete. • The contractor must obtain all necessary cards, passes, decals, or other items required for access to work areas.
