New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families is seeking up to three separate contracts—one per county (Burlington, Cumberland, Passaic)—to operate the My First Place Transitional Living Program for youth ages 18‑21 who have aged out of the child‑welfare system and are experiencing homelessness.
