6640--Perfusion Cell Saver Lease and Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a vendor to lease, install, and service a Cell‑Saver perfusion system at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System in Reno, NV, and to provide credentialed auto‑transfusionist personnel along with all necessary disposable supplies. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price “brand‑name or equal” RFQ with a base year plus up to four one‑year extensions, totaling a maximum five‑year performance period.
