USMS Court Security Officer Services for Federal Judicial Circuits 1, 3, 4, 5 & 8

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking armed court security guard services for Federal Judicial Circuits 1, 3, 4, 5, and 8. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a six-month extension. The contractor will be responsible for providing court security officer services, including recruitment, vetting, training, and quality assurance. The Government will evaluate proposals based on technical capability, past performance, and price. Key factors to consider include the contractor's understanding of the objectives of the Statement of Work, their proposed technical approach, and their past performance on similar contracts. • The contract requires the contractor to provide fully burdened hourly rates for all sites designated under a given Circuit. • The contractor must demonstrate a solid understanding of addressing anticipated problems, issues, constraints, organizations, and system(s) involved. • The contractor's proposed technical approach will be evaluated based on their demonstrated understanding of the objectives of the Statement of Work and planned execution of the project. • The Government will perform a price analysis of the offeror's business/price proposal in accordance with FAR Part 15.
