Cigarette Tax Stamps

The Department of Revenue is seeking bids for the provision of Cigarette Tax Stamps. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST via Microsoft Teams. Bidders must RSVP by January 12, 2026, and are limited to two representatives per bidder. The conference is mandatory, and failure to attend will disqualify bidders from consideration. Bidders must review and complete all attached documents, including the Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions, and Specifications for All Tax Stamps. • The contract duration is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. • The solicitation start date is January 5, 2026. • The solicitation due date is February 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM. • The solicitation opening date is February 5, 2026, at 1:01 PM. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the most favorable offer.
