Autism Housing Coordination and Stabilization Pilot

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services is seeking qualified providers to deliver the Autism Housing Support Pilot, a program that will offer housing navigation, skill‑development, and tenancy‑preservation services for adults with autism who do not have an intellectual disability. The award will be a master‑agreement, cost‑reimbursement/unit‑rate contract valued at approximately $4 million, spanning an initial term of 2.5 years with two optional one‑year extensions.
