The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals from qualified conference venues to provide lodging, meeting space, catering, and audiovisual services for a rotating series of judicial conferences across the state. The RFP outlines five categories of contracts ranging from large multi‑day conferences (150‑225 participants) to a flexible ad‑hoc vendor pool. All services must be priced at Washington’s prevailing per‑diem rates, include diverse dietary options, and support direct‑bill payment without deposits.
