The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Steris Corporation to provide labor, travel expenses, parts, tools, equipment, supervision, and expertise necessary to provide cleaning services of the Medium and Small Prevacuum sterilizers, Atlas loading carts, and trollies located at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI. The contract will be for a base year (01/01/2027-12/31/2027) plus 4 option years. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Steris Corporation. • The contractor must provide proof of OEM certification for all technical personnel. • The contractor must provide proof of ability to purchase OEM parts. • The contractor must provide proof of ability to utilize OEM's billable service, if using.
